Malte Schröder is the founder of wemakeITwork and has spent more than fifteen years developing digital strategies, products, content systems and operational workflows for the entertainment industry.
His professional work has included projects for artists, labels, management companies, agencies and creative teams. His experience covers digital product strategy, marketing, content operations, data-driven decision-making, workflow optimization and the implementation of specialized digital platforms.
At WMITW, he is responsible for product vision, strategy, UX direction and AI-assisted software development. He uses Gemini in Google AI Studio together with Firebase and Google Cloud to develop and iterate the company’s software products.

WMITW follows a lean, founder-led product-development model. Product strategy, domain expertise and creative direction remain closely connected, while AI-assisted development enables faster prototyping and iteration than a traditional linear production process.
Specialized external collaborators may be involved where projects require additional expertise in areas such as legal review, security, infrastructure, research or industry-specific implementation.
As the product portfolio develops, WMITW plans to expand through carefully selected collaborators, advisors and future team members in software engineering, AI, product design, data protection and business development.
The objective is not to build a large organization by default, but to create a multidisciplinary structure that can support reliable product operation, customer development and responsible growth.
